Delete your ROAScal data
We keep only what’s needed to run your account. You can remove it in three ways.

Delete your account
Settings → Account → Delete account. Everything tied to your workspace (brands, creatives, campaigns, performance data, Meta connections) is permanently deleted within 30 days. You’ll get a confirmation email.

Disconnect Meta only
Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. Access tokens are deleted immediately and we stop reading data from your ad accounts and Pages. Historical performance snapshots stay until you delete your account.

Email us
privacy@roascal.com, subject “Data deletion request”, from the email on your account. We confirm within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Removed ROAScal from Facebook?
If you removed ROAScal from your Facebook settings (Settings → Business Integrations), Meta notified us automatically and we’ve started the deletion. Your confirmation code is shown on the status page linked in that notification — enter it there to see where the request has got to.
